• Established in 1977 with Mrs Suzanne Mubarak as its first chairman.
• It initially established many libraries in the poor districts as it considered child development was the key factor in development of the nation.
• Launched many libraries in various districts, soon became a national model for development.
• In 1985, it launched its first public library for the children and then followed by many more.
• Made vulnerable contributions in shaping up the countries’ public libraries, mubarak’s libraries were considered as national models for libraries.
• It brought in many modern facilities with its libraries to encourage children to develop reading habits.
• It made great contributions to the local community development services.
• It uses modern scientific facilities to make its principles affect.

APHRA: The Arab Program for Human Rights Activists
• Founded in the year 1997April, this NGO works mainly for the human rights activities.
• Mechanism: Urgent actions against the violations, publicizing it and pressurizing the concerned authorities.
• It publicizes the work of the activities by media or by publishing books, or leaflets to bring awareness among the masses.
• It organizes seminars, symposiums concerning activists and discusses the various problems faced by the people of Egypt.
• Helps select used and new lawn mowers and lawn mower parts for sale
• Its modern communication facilities avail it to quickly publicize the violations to gain supporters.
• Board of trustees, few advisory committee and various coordinators from all regions governs it.
• It gets funds mainly from the international bodies and many government bodies.
